The Three Valleys & Berber Villages Trek is a perfect introduction to trekking in Morocco, allowing you an insight into authentic & traditional Berber culture. During the 3 days you will hike amongst cool vegetation with juniper and pine trees for perfect shade breaks. You will cross deep gorges, gushing river streams and groves of cherry and walnut trees. Your guide will explain the culture and history behind the different areas you trek through in each of the three valleys.
Whilst walking through the three valleys & Berber villages you will see villages and hamlets belonging to the ethnic Berbers. These herding and farming communities are used to the sight of tourists and are more than happy to share a pot of mint tea with you so you can learn more about their traditions and customs. Along the way you will see the stunning terraces that line the valleys where they grow their corn, barley and vegetables.
